The investment is secured with the real estate. With any investment, there is no 100% guarantee that it will return the projected return. Your quarterly preferred interest payment is paid each quarter until the sale or refinance of the property.

Yes. Depending on the amount invested.

Once the asset is closed, funded and under our management the interest payments are paid on a quarterly basis with the accrued equity being paid at the time of sale or refinance.

Ex: Property is closed and funded on January 1st 2023. Your first check for the preferred return would be sent the second week of April 2023. If the property is sold or refinanced on September 1st 2023, in addition to the quarterly preferred return you received along the way, the accrued equity would be dispersed with your quarterly payment in the form of a lump sum, the second week of November 2023.
