We look in areas with strong buyer interest and neighborhoods that trade in all market conditions. Our experienced management team serves as a navigation system by which we identify market demands and develop acquisition strategies. Through the diligent and judicious process, Oasis Equity Capital pursues a range of value-add acquisition strategies.
Underwriting
Our rigorous analysis model provides a strict filtering process which allows us to select opportunities that meet our conservative underwriting with the focus on equity. We inspect and analyze, on site, all physical and environmental conditions of the property. We have partnered with industry professionals in all aspects of real estate finance, site development, construction and sales to provide timely and in-depth knowledge of critical market trends, valuation and crucial insight for risk assessment and management.
Design
Our design approach is driven from a biophilic architecture style creating tropical modern residences that weave into the landscape. Our sites have a strong connection to nature and we use biophilic principles to create our version of an Oasis or Sanctuary. We believe our designs are key to our success and bring a fresh and much needed option to experience modern living in North East Florida.
Construction Management
Our systematic team approach to construction is driven by detailed procurement, field coordination, daily logs and quality control reports for all scopes to maintain quality and a timely schedule and budget. We use Key Performance Indicators, where our team members constantly evaluate the construction process and look for value engineering opportunities to provide additional value while staying within the budget.
Sales
Our business model targets a luxury buyer who seeks a residence that is unlike any on the market. Our design team produces high quality renderings, drone footage and virtual tours to create engagement across our social media platforms, during the build process.. We use our own marketing efforts to attract buyers during the planning and construction phase, while partnering with top level real estate agents and brokers to bring prospective buyers to the closing table.
